Mia’s on Main provides custom room and window design and decoration.  We accomplish this with sincerity, honesty and humor.  We respect our client’s needs and budget. We believe a beautiful room that does not function well is a waste of time, money and energy.  Great design is timeless!

Who is Mia’s on Main?

Mia Neuenhoff has been designing in the Brazos Valley since 2002.  Prior to her partnership in a large local design firm she was involved outside the area in the decorating and housing industry, and won several national homebuilder awards.  She has learned to listen intently to what her clients actually need and build it with style.
What is the process with Mia’s on Main?

Typically, our first visit is a fact finding mission in the client’s home.  We find out what our clients like or don’t like about their space.  We ask lots of questions and take lots of notes.  We’ll get measurements and pictures.  We set up an appointment for the next visit at the offices of Mia’s on Main.  Between appointments our staff will come up with a couple of designs and fabrics to choose from, as well as make computer renderings from the photgraphs taken.  On the in-office appointment, the collaboration continues-what is loved, what needs to be tweaked.  Decisions are made, fabrics are ordered, designs are implemented and celebration ensues!

BUDGET ESTIMATES FOR INTERIOR DECORATING PROJECTS

Below you will find a summary of potential decorating projects and estimated costs.  Please remember that these figures represent averages, and the ranges are quite broad because custom decorating expenses can vary substantially based on design and product selections.

In these examples a “facelift” can be defined as the introduction of 1-2 new products or enhancements to a room (i.e. new window treatment, furniture, area rugs). A “facelift” is a way to quickly polish the look of a room.  A “whole room makeover” includes the addition of multiple products.

While these figures are only estimates, they should help you prepare a budget for discussion during your appointment.
